The CMS Finance Division is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate financial statements and records, providing periodic audits of the schools, processing payments to vendors, procuring goods and services, identifying and coordinating grant opportunities, and managing the personnel forecasting for the school district. Led by the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Division includes the Accounting, Accounts Payable, Audit, Budget, Grant Innovation, Payroll, Procurement, and Workforce Planning & Management departments.
