The Microsoft Authenticator app is the simplest way to secure your login credentials and can be loaded on any mobile device (e.g. Apple, Android, etc.). Instructions on how to set up the mobile app can be found here

Steps for MFA using App:
1. When logging into IPS systems away from school or office, MFA Mobile App pops up with a prompt to approve or deny the login. 

2. The user will see a two digit number on their computer screen, and be prompted in their mobile app to enter the two digit number.

3. Once the user types in that number and clicks YES, their login will be complete.
