Internal Communications Support

Please use this form to submit a request for assistance from the Office of Communications team with communications planning for an initiative, project or event; help with graphic design (including flyers, graphics, brochures etc.); to request a video for your department, school or program; or to request a photographer for an event, program or initiative. Please note: There may be fees for services that fall outside of our department's capacity.

Communications Planning - You would like assistance creating a communications plan to best share information with staff or families about a school or department initiative.

Graphic Design - You need graphics or a flyer created or updated.

Video - You would like to request that a video is made about a specific topic, initiative or program.

Photography - You would like to request that a photographer take photos of your event, initiative or program.

Communications Planning
Our Communications staff can help you determine the best way to get your message to families and/or staff about a new initiative, a change to an existing program, or annual reminders or forms. The earlier you involve Communications in your project, the more time we have to work with you to create an effective communications plan.

Our team’s videographer will help you analyze your media needs, collect your thoughts and hopes for the project and select the right products that will meet your needs.

What objectives will be met by this project?
