Providence Schools' Transportation Office is happy to answer your questions!

For your convenience, we've gathered our most requested information in the list below. If you can't find what you're looking for, please complete this form and we will respond during normal business hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

If a bus is late or did not arrive, please call the bus yard at (401) 943-7536.
Student Supervision: Parents must meet young children at the bus stop, otherwise the child will remain on the bus and will need to be picked up from the bus yard.

Protocol on Busing to Day Care/Babysitting Sites
Busses are offered to students who live a distance away from their school. There are some exceptions. The mileage requirements are as follows:
- Elementary School: 1 mile and above
- Middle School: 1 ½ miles and above
- High School: 1 mile and above
